A 6‑month execution program for AI‑driven startups
Who we look for
People who prefer shipping over slides
Part-time entrepreneur, students, freelancers, and operators who want to build real products, sell early, and move fast. Specifically, we are looking for two types of leaders: tech leaders (hands-on engineers, ML/AI builders, or technical founders who can ship prototypes and integrate AI) and growth leaders (GTM, growth, and sales operators who can find and close early customers). Business-focused people who want to learn product and technical skills can grow with us — we provide the AI stack, go-to-market tools, legal and admin support, and a structured six-month build-and-sell program to help you become a leader. If you value execution over slides and rapid validation over long research cycles, this is for you.
What success looks like here
Fast validation. Real customers. Clear outcomes.
Our program is outcome‑driven. Expect weekly sprints, constant experimentation, and concrete milestones: a working AI prototype, validated product‑market fit signals, and early paying customers. We prioritize customer traction and repeatable processes over fundraising narratives. We pair practical engineering with GTM discipline so teams can ship, learn, and iterate at product velocity.
Founders we partner with
Two complementary roles: Builder + Seller
Our ideal teams combine two complementary roles: a Tech-Driven Founder (Builder) and a Sales-Driven Founder (Seller). Both roles are valued equally and together they accelerate validation and early customer acquisition. The Tech-Driven Founder turns ideas into working AI-based prototypes, focusing on product creation, automation, and rapid experimentation. Typical backgrounds include engineering, data science, computer science, or self-taught technical makers. The Sales-Driven Founder understands customer needs and drives early traction, focusing on market validation, outreach, and go-to-market testing. Typical backgrounds include business, marketing, sales, or entrepreneurial studies.
Apply if you want to move fast
Short application, fast response
We review applications weekly. Send a brief pitch (3–5 sentences) that explains the problem, your early idea or tech approach, and what role you’d take (Builder or Seller). If your profile fits, we’ll invite you for a short interview and a practical next step.Bring focus, not perfection. We care about learning velocity and the ability to ship.
