Input capture: automated data extraction from email, chat, forms, call transcripts and common integrations; NLP extracts intent, contact details and next steps, then creates tasks automatically. Prioritization: predictive lead scoring combines purchase probability, estimated CLV, urgency and signal weighting to produce a prioritized, action-ready to-do list with next-best-action suggestions. Event matching: continuous monitoring detects triggers — contract renewals, usage shifts, support escalations or sentiment changes — and maps them to templates, campaigns or alerts, including automated response paths (notify, email, call prompt, campaign start).
